go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

You are on the right track. You can absolutely lose 25 pounds, but don’t put a time limit on it. Losing weight takes time when done the healthy way. The best thing is to keep eating healthy and exercising and let the weight come off as it will. You should think about how healthy you are making your body now, and not what you want it to look like later. If you are only focused on the end result, you are going to lose your determination when your weight loss starts to slow down. Congrats on the 10 pounds already, and keep up the good work!
Get plenty of fiber and protein, this helps you stay full longer, and watch out for sugar and sodium. Too much sodium will make you retain water.

You should definitely consult your doctor before using any of the information I’m giving you especially since you’re so young. The best way for you to lose weight is to continue what you’ve already started. You’re doing great, but there’s always room for improvement. Concentrate on your exercise and diet. You can improve your diet by eating better sources of food. Ask your doctor about a strength training program or exercise program consisting of weight lifting. See what he/she suggests for someone your age.

A better indication of how good you’re doing is measuring your body fat and not worrying so much about your body weight. Everyone is different, so it’s difficult to tell you if you would be okay at 125 pounds. 125 pounds might be too light for your frame or it may be okay. Learn howe to measure your body fat and use that as an indicator rather than body weight.

Two pounds of weight loss a week for someone your size is a little too much in my opinion. I would shoot for about a pound a week. Don’t rush losing weight or you’ll lose too much precious muscle. Muscle is very important and a weight lifting program will help you build or hang onto that muscle while losing weight. I can tell you’ll meet your goals. You’re already headed in the right direction! You can find all the information you need at

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it’s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.
