im 5′2, 135 lbs, and i want to lose 20-25 lbs.

i can go to a gym everyday and id rather workout for about an hour, so how do i maximize that time, and what should i do while im there? ive been doing the elliptical for 50 min then the treadmill for about 10 but i want to know what work out will give me the best results. thanks!

It’s easy if u commit! Eat better! That helps! Drink only water, bikingna good too! I eat better, drinknonly water, bike eeryday, and take some green tea supplements! They help curb appetite! I bike about 7.5-14 miles a day, just make sure u constantly pedal, aim me! fall0ffyourchair
It’s easier when u do it with a buddy haha
