For me the fastest way is on the running machine. You loose calories fast. Also don’t eat junk food.

The best way is to get on a great nutritional diet and get your body what it needs in addition to pairing it with exercise and you will see great results fast.

There is no healthy way, but I guess you know that so, please read the following article written by a woman.

This diet is guaranteed to work but it consists of water only so basically it is a fast, therefore I suggest to take vitamin supplements and add low calorie oatmeal when you get hungry and veggies. Good Luck!

The best thing you can do is limit your calorie intake and watch the junk food you eat.
