if you lose 25lbs in 30 days it would not be healthy and they weight wouldnt stay off.
Any diet that would come close to making you lose that much weight so quickly would probably put you in the hospital - or worse. You are not fat. You’re still developing, and your metabolism changes as you get older. You may be getting ready for a growth spurt - if you are determined to drop a few pounds, drink lots of water, eat fruits and veggies, and get plenty of exercise - sensibly, don’t go crazy or you’ll wind up doing more harm than good.
It’s exetremely unhealthy to lose that much weight that fast, try 8 pounds a month, sure it takes longer but it’s much better for you in the long run. Eat smaller portions, and eat more often, drink lots of cold water and green tea to speed your metabolism, and run, jog, or walk for 30+ minutes every day.
your body mass index is normal for your age but if you want to get healthier start jogging, 30 min in the am and 30 mins in the pm. then just eat plenty of low fat foods like fruit and veggies. 25 lbs in 30 days is not realistic so just do what you can in the 30 days.
here is something for you to think about:
one pond equals 3500 calories so if you either eat 500 calories less or burn 500 calories each day for one whole week you will lose 1 pound a week. you could try to eat 250 calories less and then burn 250 calories then that equals 500 so it might be easier than doing all 500 calories on diet or all on exercise.
