I am working out a lot. But I am not losing weight. I am gaining muscle. That means weight. However, I am now 200 pounds and I stand at 5 11. I should be down around 175. How can I accomplish this goal by my diet? Is there a nutrition plan that I can follow?

no sweets, drink lots of water and exercise weight doesn’t really matter as long as ur not obese

yu gat a good head on ya shoulders. change up ya rutine & it sounds like yu a real powoer house liftin’ alot of weight. go lighter & do more reps. slowdown wit da trans fats like fried foods & junk food. try acai berry juice & resveratrol & have nuts & lots of water for breakfast & all day. good luck & take care to ya goals.
