Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
Im 5′2 and 150 lbs. I had a baby 2 years ago and am still having trouble losing weight? I have a treadmill, but will a treadmill help me to lose weight and if so how many times per week do I need to run on it? Also I wanted to know if anybod has tried the weight watchers diet and how good it really works. And a last thing is does anybody know any at home exercises I can do to lose belly fat keeping in mind that I am a full-time pre med student with TONS of hoework. Thanks! Anything helps!

to lose weight, do not eat in between meals. I find myself eating smaller portions and actually feeling full afterwards. Excercise on your tredmill about 30 minutes a day. Do about 20 crunches/situps in the morning and 10 at night. everyday. Eat healthy, eating a blanced diet of fruit, vegies, protein, and wheat/grains. *eating/drinking dairy products, I suggest skim milk/ non-fat milk.
