Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
If I eat only 2 cups of plain Cheerios and 1 cup of 3.47%milk a day ONLY, and exercise for 1 hour, will i lose 25 pounds in 5 weeks?? i’m 130 pounds,and 5′2″. I’m chubby, but not way obese. please don’t tell me its unhealthy or that i’ll gain it back. HAS ANYONE ever done anything to lose this much weight in so little time? plz tell me. sank u!

You might lose some weight, but you would gain it all back.

No,you will not lose 25 pounds in 5 weeks.What does exercise for one hour mean?one hour of push ups,running as fast as you can?weight lifting?.
In 5 weeks, yes you would most likely lose 25 pounds. But, I know you don’t want me saying this, but you will gain it back. BUT, If you are just trying to lose weight for an event in 5 weeks, you will be able to lose it. Being 5′2” and only 105 is unhealthy though. Just make sure after you lose that 25 pounds that you see your doctor because your body is going to be really unhealthy and weak.

I think you should switch to skim or 2% milk. Also, you should extend your workout time by just a little bit (maybe 1 hour 30 min.), but don’t overdo yourself.
NO , please don´t do that , you should be eating three decent meals a day along with 2 snacks , such as fruit , for one meal you can have a portion of fruits..
Milk is bad for you whilst losing weight since it´s a dairy product , but it´s also good for you in some way since you´re still going..just go easy on it.
Adding fruits and vegetables will not get you fat and will do your body a lot of good. Starving to loose weight is not only unhealthy, it looks gross. I’m sorry if i’m too blunt, more food and more excercise looks and feels better.
