Lose 25 Pounds FAQ: I weigh 142 pounds and I’m only 5″1. I’ve always struggled with my weight and ive been on numerous diets but I usually lose 10 pounds then gain 20 so I havnt had much success. I need a plan…some advice would be nice

Lose 25 Pounds FAQ: I’m 5′2 and need to lose 25 lbs. Please make me a diet/work out plan. I have a treadmill and weights at home and could go to a gym 2-3 times a week. Please keep in mind that I have school from 8 am-4 pm. Thanks!
