Lose 25 Pounds FAQ: I have started to eat really healthy foods fruit bowls and such, and i have also been drinking LOTS of green tea with NO sugar at all also. if possible list and good indoors workout stuff that i could do ..and should i drop the green tea? i am 5′4 [...]

i would work out 6–7 days a week for 1 hr each day(CARDIO!!)
and only eat healthy foods.
