Lose 25 Pounds FAQ: By fasting, i know most of the weight will be water weight but would i still lose inches?

Lose 25 Pounds FAQ: I would like to lose either 25 pounds, or lose 6 inches off of my waist before May. What kind of exercises should I do? and does special k really work?
by the way I’m 125lbs and 5′2
and what’s better for weight loss? Sim Fast or Special K?
